It seems to me that the construction specifications for the surface of parking lots could be separated into the driveways and the parking stalls. I have a hunch that the specifications are now applied to the entire lot because it's easier.

I'd like the parking lot surface specs to be investigated to see whether they could be separated into drive and stall.
