One of the real issues with Downtown is no street parking, no restaurant row.. AKA the Gaslamp District in San Diego or Little Italy.. There isn't a nieghborhood area that is small, compact with alot going on. This is a real issue that is fixable if attached to downtown. Specific plans, actions and results
