Sometimes the goal is a successful project: Like McDowell Road and 7th Avenue Corner... which simply doesn't have enough parking for it's success! (ADD more parking by the way). So, are there any OTHER corners nearby ..or in the city where the desire for nice things and the need AREN't matched up? I would argue 7th street near Downtown needs a Regular Food Corner. A place where CARS could fit.
