We have been spending money on Visitor's and wealthy for downtown projects. How about a very very accessable everyman's Entertainment Corridor. If you look at the jammed malls in the country.. they are a very HIP looking/neon looking affordable Entertainment Corridor: like Tempe Town or Westgates looks (except tighter layout). Everything is too FORMAL looking in the Phoenix downtown. A Near Downtown Project with a wide open energy is needed.
