I think the myPLANphx is a little scary when you start assigning price tags to all these ideas.. I think it's easy to say it's ALL too expensive and quit now. The fact is.. as more things get done..more is possible. I would keep the grand expensive ideas: here's why: Look at Phoenix with it's train, airport and highways.. all here and expensive! Keep the list alive because the funding may appear or a more creative cost effective way may arise! Or, simply making a key change may yield the result the same.
