I keep thinking about all the serious security issues in Phoenix..meanwhile daily people are injured while crossing the street due to JAYWALKING! Yet, there are ZERO community billboards purchased for safety messages. Shouldn't there be? My idea is: Buy/build 8 billboards in vulnerable areas for safety messages. In Texas they have signs that say : DriveFriendly. We had a pull over all the time campaign..now it's over. Yet the Dangers persist. We need PERSISTING messaging.
