How about putting out the word to the corporate folks for a Tide l Loads of Hope Type SEMI vehicle.. which operates in homeless areas: They can shower, do laundry and even get a haircut. It could operate around Phoenix in 2 spots a day. Then, while they are a captive audience.. have clothes, shoes and information about housing/jobs/programs/free government cell phones to get these people PLUGGED BACK IN. Also, if we have a fire disaster we will have the ability to help more people or firefighters also!
