The public pools in Phoenix are under utilized. If we charged a fair price to use these pools, we could keep them open longer and add days on the end of the current season. We currently close the pools when it is still triple digits at mid day. Run the pools like a business and more people will be able to enjoy them. Government should "Promote" the public good, not "PROVIDE" IT.
