From McDowell to Camelback. This is Phoenix's Signature Drive with 2 key DEAD corners: McDowell/Camelback and Camelback/Central. There are 4 other empty ugly lots and 4 super dead centers. This needs fixed NEXT in Phoenix. The signature cannot be an abanded unpainted center, fenced lot etc. Engage the land owners to allow flower bushes along front of fencing.. better yet: build a highrise: flower mound, remodel center. Phoenix is not a neighborhood..it's full of nieghborhoods. Central needs fixed.
