How about a master website that breaks Phoenix into all it's neighborhoods: Maryvale, Arcadia etc. The website will feature a tab for businessed to add themselves for free. A place to share events. A community tab for meetings. A suggestions tab for possible improvements. I think Phoenix's "BIG IDEA" is really a "SMALL IDEA!!!" by getting all the small neighborhoods an Identity with signage and a voice via this PHOENIX nieghborhood website
