I think that the cities core..Which is Central Avenue has been elevated by the Lite Rail.. however, it isn't Enough to bump the cities perception up. You can see amazing flowering bushes of all colors. What if from Camelback to Chronkite the Metro floral was TWEAKED with some color: More Bogenvilla, More White, Perhaps some Blooming Trees. It would create a signature.. that I see elsewhere. A signature of a whole area and street ..not just a complex.
