Traffic Lights waste a tremendous amount of time (sitting at the light unnecessarily), energy (gas) and flow (ease of use potential). People end up sitting at lights for long periods of time, sometimes late at night, when no one is on the opposite corner ...just because the Light is set up to run with the flow of most heavy traffic. With Round-abouts, Right-turn right a-ways and Traffic Circles, people don't need to sit at idol. Traffic flows and many problems and frustrations are avoided.
