All properties within the City limit should be listed by Ownership (City, Private / who or what entity owns it, Corporate...), Usage (this property can be used for Commercial, Industrial, private, public...), Current Status (this property is in foreclosure, is a hazard, has been built improperly against City Code, has back-taxes owed....) and History (past valuations). This should be on One Complete (User-friendly) Map that is accessible and online for all Citizens to have access to. This would help clarify and allow for problem areas and property owners to be addressed without having to dig through City and County files. A Google Maps type program, simplified and connected would bring out areas that need to be addressed and how to approach the problem on a Micro and Macro level.
