We need more than just a little "Mexico" district. We need an authentic Mexican area. Something that Phoenix's Mexican Americans can see as theirs. A centralized point where Shopping/Grocery/Art/Business can occur and grown.There are too many Mexican's in Phoenix to just have a fast food Mexican joint as their identity. That is UNACCEPTABLE. If people take pride by feeling they belong they will take care and contribute. This is missing in Phoenix. Mexico isn't the enemy: it's our Permanent neighbor to the south. We can't ignore 40% of the population unless we want to invited consistent fallout from the lack of identity. Arizona has it's border wars... but the sin of Sodom was also A LACK OF HOSPITALITY. Let's be more hospitable for everyone. The answer is YES
