Design a park that uses all the latest technology to keep people cool. Call it Summerland Park. It would have the brightest sunshades, misters, water that jumps from the concrete for kids. A fan area that uses solar to power a gigantic fan 15 feet up for a cool off zone. It could have a walkway with water on each side of it to hear water rushing by.
