Those grates pull auto exhaust from ground level and move it elsewhere.

What I suggest is that we test that principle at a couple of busy intersections and send the exhaust into the sewer system for conversion to thermal.

Another benefit would be cleaner air.

I imagine that ASU engineering would be interested.
