Is that not the place where children play. Just what they needed a polluted playground.

Time to eliminate this way of saving money to sell homes. Oh by the way there are several schools that have the gutters going directly into the area where your children play when they are at school. Read the labels of products, active ingredients are not the only problem, inactive can still be harmfull...................
