Affordable hi-density housing in midtown and downtown would bring middle class citizens into the heart of the city and help revitalize the city core. Currently all hi-rise housing available are geared as luxury condos. Towers designed as an apartment complex with comparable rent to other complexes would create a surge of people living and interacting with the city core.

The effectiveness of such towers is evident across much the globe, especially in China and South Korea.
