I am a native of Arizona and grew up in a block home in Phoenix. Living in a block home, one better understands & appreciates the solid construction for energy efficiency and even noise reduction. As an adult – my home-buying choices in new home “block” construction are limited in Phoenix. I’d like to see more Phoenix home builders create better communities by building with block.
