* Phoenix Skyline - it looks great from the east and west during the day. Perhaps get some building owners of high-rises to do the same - use creative LED lighting to define their buildings and thus define a skyline for Phoenix. When you think of a skyline, it's not usually if architecture is interesting or not, it's just how the buildings are illuminated at night... think about it... it's true, and it would cost next to nothing to define our skyline so that it's popping up in images around the world. Not only a savings in energy, but for less than one Convention and Visitor's Bureau sales mission to Winnipeg, you could have a much greater impact that would last decades.
