16 wheel trucks are necessary for delivery to many businesses, but, the warehouse facilities that have large numbers of trucks coming and going should never be allowed farther than .5 miles of freeways or in current built major industrial complexes. Schools and residential neighborhoods should not have to put up with constant large trucks coming and going all day and night. Or having to put up with drivers sleeping in cabs with motors running. Lots of land near the freeways that can still be used. Any business that says they can't find good land near the freeway is just blowing hot lies and should be taken to task by the Phoenix City Counsel and planning department.
