From McDowell 7th AVE 7th Street to Camelback is a LOOP could even go up to Bethany Home, 2nd LOOP From McDowell 27th Avenue on one side,35th Avenue on other to Peoria is a LOOP. Loops are busy, heavily travelled areas and Signature perception of the city. They need traffic Calming and cement Turn Lanes..emphasis on public safety. These areas are both duplicate "centers" of Phoenix..masquerading as anonymous areas. Crime, Gun Crime, Homeless, Fast Travel, People struggling to safely cross streets. If these streets were addressed Phoenix would be transformed. Add stone dividers/cactus greenery. LOOPS are entrance/exits to the city and shouldn't be like a highway expressway.
