On the outskirts of Downtown are many open lots or old buildings that need LEVELED. Go after Fast Food like Raising Canes, Culver's etc and make it accessable for downtown PERIMETER WORKERS.. That is why 7th AVE/McDowell is such a smashing successes. Need similar idea on the other side of downtown on 7thSTREET. Raising Cane's/Culvers etc would be a good fit.
