Instead of struggling to REINVENT Phoenix, lets take a ready made list of ideas FROM Other Cities! We would have a head start building on their idea or even lifting it directly if it works. Many cities have already addressed our challenges. I would like to use their insights.Our suburbs have OUTLUXED Phoenix with water, plants, lights and banners. Enough "Gentrification" could flip that paradigm on it's head.
