Most agree that Hance ("Deck") Park is loaded with potential, but sadly the City built it on the cheap, designed it poorly and hasn't maintained it well. Phx deserves a world class URBAN public space, Hance is our chance to have that.

The borders of Hance need to be expanded, many more amenities built in the park and the programming should dramatically increase.
