Phoenix should develop a plan or program to help attract more music entertainment and a stronger interests in varied music arts.

Too often, music groups circumvent Phoenix to perform in Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff or just go straight on to LA. This proposal does not deny there are big music venues or music festivals, but Phoenix could attract hundreds more music performances if Phoenix has a stronger music arts program.

Phoenix could work with downtown ASU to develop a strong music arts department as one approach. Any other ideas to develop a strong music arts industry for Phoenix?
