the MVD locations create a 'donut' around Central PHX

I have to make a dreaded trip to the MVD today. I looked up their location and they're all very far flung. This is horribly inconvenient for people living in Central PHX and if you're relying on rail or bus to get to the MVD it makes it a horrible trek.

There ought to be at least 1 MVD office somewhere along the Light Rail line so that those who perhaps don't currently have a drivers license, but are getting one, can access the MVD.
