230,000 Phoenix households own over 400,000 dogs. Out of any group of 1,000 households throughout phoenix 390 of them own at least one dog. What better way to build community than to give these people a chance to congregate?

The simplistic dog parks in Phoenix now run between $50-100,000 to build. 40% of Phoenix is vacant, much of it owned by City, County or State. This property sits around costing money and economic opportunity.

Put it to good use building an asset that, as the credit card company says, is "priceless".
