We need a central gathering point like a Time's Square in Downtown... Like exists in front of Jobing.com. Phoenix needs a gathering area for: 1. New Year's Eve 2. Major Announcements 3. Public Affairs 4. City Promotion 5. New Companies coming to Town on a LED Jumbotron etc etc.
