Last week I had to take a bus from Tempe to Gilbert. The Valley Metro web site indicated the trip would take 1:46. However, several handicapped stops, waiting for bikes to be removed a few times, plus nearby road construction extended the trip by 40 minutes. Those lines that are arriving late should send a text to riders who use the NXRD option, such as I often did that day, should be informed via text if a bus is running late.
