When we post open meeting agendas online can we also include a link to the relevant staff report & recommendations online? I realize that the staff report is a constantly changing document, but perhaps they can be posted as they are completed/ ready/ updated? It's very challenging to track the evolution of ordinance/ zoning cases as it progresses from VPC -> Commission -> Council when the staff report isn't easily accessible. Just a thought to create more transparency and accessibility at city hall. I know I would if their is a particularly important zoning issue to me, I would like to be able to have the opportunity to read and follow along when VPC/ Commission/ Council reference the staff report.
