Some of us who want to live in these buildings don't want to live in a high-energy area as downtown is often portrayed. We want a QUIET area with NO nightlife, but with amenities such as coffee shops, deli's and wine bars open in the evenings.

So that people can find an area that's appropriate for their lifestyle, I propose that Central north of Thomas be the focus of the QUIET lifestyle.
