Waiting for bus in 112 degrees and no shade (35th Ave and Baseline)

All people through out the city of Phoenix should have accessibility to shaded public transportation. The Village of Laveen is part of the City of Phoenix. It is 55% minority (according to the 2010 Census data) - of which a large percent take public transportation. And yet, the majority of our bus stops are not shaded. The photo below show 8 people waiting for a bus on a 112 degree day. Equal opportunity shading is my big idea.
