Inconjunction with ASU or Grand Canyon University (a school which has a hotel managment/resteraunt program) and in partnership with a major hotel, create a resort that would be run jointly by the school and hotel so that we could train future hospitality industry students while at the same time providing a much needed resort in South Phoenix (which is currently only served by one resort - The Arizona Grand). The resort could created expressly to be eco-friendly and low-profile (no more than two stories) and low density. The hotel would support the surrounding businesses (like offer horse-back riding through Pondarosa Stables - which currently serves the mountain; as well as offer golf through Vistal Golf Course -- both located at the base of the mountain).
