We need to sync the traffic control lights in Phoeinx so that the traffic flows smoother. Doesn't seem too hard with all the computer software out there and all the cameras at the intersection to observe traffic. This is really true on Central Ave and other light rail streets.
It would save gas and air polution along with drives tension.
