A review of the city expenditures will reveal a disproportionate programs aimed as a small segment of our citizens but paid for by those very citizens not included. Bond issues to 'restore' historical structures that are privately owned and are still active business' like the Biltmore Hotel and Resort, as an example. There are many give aways to lower income people which makes them dependent upon government...but what ever government gives away it has to take from someone else first. Phoenix should be run like a business, not a charity. Then there will be funds available to improve basic city services like street maintenance, water, trash collection, public safety, park maintenance. The City cannot be all things to all people...it must fairly support each citizen no matter their income status.
