Build a centralized, state of the art recycling center that would allow citizens the ability to drop off all recycled materials. Chemical waste, electronics, paper, plastic bags. Whatever materials can be recycled would be recycled at this facility. By building an easy to locate, accessible, facility with hours that would allow people to drop off all recyclable materials we could change the face of recycling in Phoenix.
