'EaCa' Alley in Los Angeles

I propose that Phoenix revitalize and re-use the many unused alleys in Phoenix, especially downtown. This is being done in many cities around the country and around the world with great success. Cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, Melbourne, Australia, and many others.

We have to start thinking about 'inward' instead of 'outward' to make these currently unused public spaces an urban oasis.

Phoenix can and should do this!
