I'm one of those who want more trees and shrubs in Phoenix,

When I was a kid, people took Arbor Day seriously. I think it's still April 15. So let's urge the City to empty their tree farms of trees that are mature enough to plant on April 15. And at the same time run a campaign to encourage all institutions, private or public, to plant a tree or shrub on that date.
