The PHX Financial Center in Midtown is one of the coolest buildings in PHX. It just exudes Mid Century Modern flair. It was originally supposed to be 2 towers from what I've read, but the 2nd tower never happened.

Adjacent to the tower are two single story circular buildings (banks/offices at one time I believe) that are close to Central Ave. At least one of them is for sure vacant, they may both be. I looked into the vacant one the other night on a bike ride and its SO COOOOOOL inside. It looks like somewhere Don Drapper would sip martini's.

I'd love to see at least one of the buildings turned into a restaurant with some style and flair. Plus with that big circular grass pavilion it could have great patio seating.
