To get people to go downtown and want to stay for longer than 5 minutes we need a 24 hour a day light rail service and bus routes to that people can not have to drive into and out of downtown. People would be much more likely to go downtown and have a good time if they knew they could still get home after midnight. People would be inclined to make downtown a destination to go too if they did not have to worry about parking, getting a parking ticket, getting a DUI if they happen to have a few drinks etc.
