We have a significant Latino population in PHX, many of them part of families that have been here for generations, and so much of the heritage of the Southwest has been influenced by Hispanic culture. Why do we not have a museum that honors this community, the way that we have the excellent Heard Museum to showcase Native American culture? It just seems wrong to ignore the history and cultural achievements of this community.
