Currently in Phoenix if you want to go somewhere special it is locked behind a fence or a compound.. boring! My idea is to turn Phoenix on it's head with Districts. Arts District on Grand. Antique District on Melrose etc. Well done signage would be visible and permanent for the area. Now..instead of a locked away attraction.. the whole area IS Special. This would be BIG for Phoenix by reinvigorating existing areas by giving Identity and Interest.
