You can't really tell from the picture, but the library is covered in bird poo

So if you've visited the Burton Barr library, you've noticed the corten walls have been covered in bird poo from the years. Part of the Hance Park revitalization ought to be cleaning our Central Library up. Its embarrassing that one of our Cities main landmarks has been allowed to fall into this state.

Additionally, while we're at it, how about getting some Glade Plugins for the library? By its nature, its going to be a place where sweaty homeless people congregate in the summer, I get that. But does it have to stink for the rest of us?
