The piece of land on Central Ave and Glenrosa is nearly the same exact size as the waterpark portion of Big Surf in Tempe. If a parking solution could be found (possibly the vacant land across the street) I think building a great waterpark on this property could go a long way to attracting families to the central core. I know a waterpark in a city's central business corridor is not seen in the US, but this project WOULD be another destination to add to why people should visit central Phoenix as opposed to Tempe or Scottsdale or Mesa.
