I should be able to see at least one PD unit while driving to and from Osborn to Glendale along 7th St, but I rarely do.

Phoenix needs more police. Their mere presence and visibility makes for safer communities.

Also, bring back PD's tactical uniforms (outer vest carriers). I like the look far more than the vest worn under the Class A uniform. It looks very awkward worn underneath. In addition, the outer vest carriers gives a more command presence look and I believe PD is still very approachable because their attitudes haven't changed.
