I recently moved to Phoenix and although I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, I do miss the eclectic street art that other cities have to offer. I love driving down Roosevelt to get my fix but there are so many plain walls in alleys downtown. By allowing local artists to paint murals and create legal street art, visitors and locals will enjoy the talent of our artists.
