The city should collect the most interesting neon signs and display them on the vacant lot at the n/w corner of 5th Avenue and McDowell (east of the 'My Florist' sign).

Signs like 'Mr. Luckys' from Grand Avenue and other freestanding artistic or historic neon signs should be collected and displayed at this unique location. In the alternative they might be displayed on the vacant lot across the street from the Phoenix Art Museum.
