Facilitate the cleanup of empty/vacant lots by setting up a City of Phoenix contact in Neighborhood Services that will help residents/neighborhoods who want to remove weeds/trash/dead landscaping from empty/vacant/abandoned lots to engage with property owners to see if there is a willingness to allow these basic cleanups to occur. No structures or improvements are included, this is just the cleanup/removal of debris/vegetation that makes the vacant property an eyesore.
There are many neighborhoods/residents that would like to cleanup vacant lots in their neighborhoods and should have a mechanism in place that allows them to work through the City to ensure that this is not a liability to property owners while mitigating eyesores from their communities.
