If you travel any of the Phoenix freeways you will note that there is not a reference on the cross street signs as to the block number or numerical address of that street. When you do not know exactly which exit to use to get to a given address it is difficult to determine when you should exit the highway. Most cities do this but for some reason Phoenix does not.
